Ordering & Payments
Tasty Peach Studios accepts payment for orders via Paypal. Do not have a Paypal account? No problem! Paypal allows you to check out as a guest through their system, and all major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
Payments are processed immediately at the time of checkout. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that details your order, order number, shipping & billing address. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout to receive this information.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email about the order being on it's way. If you are within the USA, a tracking number will also be provided to you.
Ordering Pre-Order Items
When you place an order for a pre-order item, you are committing to the creation of that item just for you. This means there are no refunds for a pre-order item. We do not accept exchanges on a pre-order item unless damage has occurred in transit, in which case, we will replace said item with another of the same item once the defective item is returned and reviewed.
Shipping & Handling Policy
All orders are shipped from our shipping department, located within the USA, and ship via USPS. Order processing time is normally within 1-3 business days from order date.
With reduced staff, there may be times when a large influx of orders may push processing time to 2-5 business days. This is not normal, just possible.
We ship packages daily in the order they come in and will always try our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All domestic packages will come with a tracking number.
International packages will come with a shipping confirmation number.
Domestic orders may take up to 5 - 10 business days to arrive depending on location, shipping time, and weather.
Please allow up to 3 weeks before reporting a possible lost package, as some delays may happen from time to time. If your tracking number says delivered, and you did not receive your package, please check with your local post office. There are many times a notice is not left in your mail slot, and it will be there.
EDIT: Please be aware that the USPS is experiencing unprecedented delays in shipping due to staffing shortages because of Covid-19, and a large surge in packages due to the Holidays. We have been told that things should start to move better and clear up going into January, so please be patient with delayed packages. We do not have any control over how quickly things arrive once they leave our warehouse, nor are we able to precisely locate items in their system. We receive the same tracking information that we share with our customers.
For the foreseeable future with the Post Office, we will be extending our waiting period to 8 weeks for domestic package replacements.
International orders may take 14 – 21 business days to arrive. Orders may incur customs fees/taxes charged by your country. Tasty Peach Studios is not responsible for these fees. These are taxes charged by your countries laws. If you are not sure an order may incur fees, please check with your local customs office. Packages returned to us due to non-paid customs will not be refunded. Re-shipment fees will be charged to re-ship all international packages.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, international shipping may take longer than normal. Please check with your local post office or online for updates on your countries' shipping updates with the global pandemic. Some countries are not accepting packages from other countries as well; please make sure to check your country's policies during Covid-19.
Please allow up to 8 weeks before reporting a possible lost package, as these can sometimes get set in customs and not released until a possible inspection is done. If your package is marked as delivered, and you do not have it in hand, please check your local post. There are times that they do not leave notices.
If a package is returned to us, you will be issued a gift card for the value of the items in the order, minus any shipping fees. This gift card will not expire.
Free Shipping Policy: When free shipping codes are used, Tasty Peach Studios will use the most cost effective shipping method for us as a company. Expedited shipping will not be honored with a free shipping code.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We only accept exchanges on damaged items or incorrect sized clothing. If you ordered a shirt in the wrong cut/size, or accidentally bought a plush you already own, we are happy to exchange it for you. All exchanged items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags. All items that do not meet this requirement will be rejected. Tasty Peach Studios does not assume return shipping costs.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days to contact us for a return (if the product is defected or damaged) or exchange. After 30 days of receiving the order, the order is final.
Damaged or Lost Merchandise
If your order arrives with damaged items, we are happy to help you resolve the issue! Please email us immediately with photos of the damaged item(s), a photo of the inside item/order sheet, and your order number. You will have 2 business days to bring the issue to us. You will then have 5 business days to ship the damaged item and original packing list back to us.
A gift card will be issued for the value of the items ordered and any shipping paid to Tasty Peach Studios once the damaged items have been received and inspected.
If you are International: Please follow the same steps as domestic orders if your item(s) arrive damaged. Please be aware we cannot refund any fees paid that were not paid for through Tasty Peach.
If a package is lost in shipment, and cannot be located by the Post Office or relevant shipping company: A gift card will be issued for the value of the item(s) ordered and any shipping fees paid to Tasty Peach Studios. Tasty Peach Studios is not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses nor do we assume responsibility to replace the lost package.
If your package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will email you about the returned order and issue a gift card for the value of the items ordered only. Shipping fees will not be credited to the gift card. We will not refund packages that were returned to us because of an incorrect address.
We will always look out for you! Your personal information ( such as your name, address, e-mail, phone number, and more ) will always be safe with us, and we will never share any information provided to us with anyone else!
Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
